WHAT   IS   NEURODIVERSITY?

Neurodiversity is a word to promote both the acceptance and necessity of different neurotypes. When someone's neurotype differs from what is considered typical, we refer to this as neurodivergence, and includes differences such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia - differences in learning, attention, and social culture.

I am a neurodivergent psychologist who provides therapeutic help specifically for neurodivergent adults. You may want to see me because you identify as neurodivergent, or are curious as to whether you have neurodivergent traits.

Therapy helps us to be heard, to heal, and to self-advocate in a dominate neurotypical culture.

Here, you are heard. Here, you are safe.
